DESCRIPTION:A special Sound Healing Experience is coming to Mirfield on Saturday 10th May. \n11:00am–1:00pm\n£33 per person \nThis is a space to slow down\, soften\, and fully reset. \nFor this session\, there will be two sound healers\, creating a deeper\, more immersive experience as the sound moves around and through you. \nWe’ll begin with a cacao ceremony to gently open the heart\, followed by a deeply relaxing sound healing using crystal bowls\, gongs\, chimes and more. \nReiki energy will also be offered throughout\, supporting the body in releasing tension and coming back into balance. \nThere will also be an intentional craft\, giving you a chance to create something meaningful to take away with you\, grounding the experience and your intentions into something physical. \nThere will be time for oracle cards and quiet reflection\, allowing you to tune in and receive guidance. \nThis experience is designed to:\ncalm the nervous system\nreduce stress and overwhelm\nbring balance to your energy\nsupport emotional release\nand leave you feeling grounded\, lighter\, and more connected to yourself \nYou don’t need any experience — just come as you are and allow yourself to receive. \nIf you’ve been needing some time to reset\, this is a beautiful space to do that. \nBook your space here:\nwww.forgottenforest.net/events \n#soundhealing #wellbeing #reiki #nervoussystemreset #selfcare
