It shines a light on what is ready to be acknowledged\, honoured\, and gently let go. \nJoin me for a nourishing three-hour Full Moon gathering combining ceremonial cocoa\, ritual\, creativity and deep sound healing. \nWe’ll begin by sharing warm ceremonial cocoa together — a gentle\, heart-opening way to settle into the space and connect inwardly. Cocoa has long been used in ceremony to encourage clarity\, presence and emotional awareness. \nThroughout the evening we will: \n\n\nGather in a candlelit circle \n\n\nCall in the elements \n\n\nShare a guided cocoa ceremony \n\n\nReflect on what this Full Moon is illuminating \n\n\nTake part in a burning release ritual\, letting go of what no longer serves by offering it to the fire \n\n\nSet clear intentions for the cycle ahead \n\n\nCreate a simple intentional craft to take home \n\n\nReceive oracle card guidance \n\n\nClose with a deeply immersive sound healing journey using gongs\, singing bowls and other instruments \n\n\nFinish the evening together with warming soup and cake to ground and integrate \n\n\nThe sound healing will support your nervous system to soften and restore\, allowing space for emotional release\, clarity and renewal. \nThis is a small\, intimate gathering held in a cosy and supportive space.
