This extended Sunday gathering is an invitation to gently step out of winter and into spring. A space to reconnect with your body, clear what feels heavy, and awaken fresh energy for the season ahead. Held in a cosy cabin in Brighouse, with time spent outdoors in the garden if the weather allows, this experience weaves together ritual, breath, nature, heat, cold, and deep rest. What the gathering will include: A warm welcome and opening circle with witchy ritual and ceremony Gentle breathwork and guided meditation Seasonal reflection on Ostara and new beginnings A simple spring craft or intention-based creation Fire ceremony with a burning release ritual Guided cold plunge and sauna experience (optional) Time to rest, connect and integrate A deeply grounding sound healing journey Nourishing food and warm drinks to close Fire & Water – Release & Renewal At the heart of this gathering is the balance of fire and water. Through the fire, we release what winter has held — letting go of what no longer serves us. Through the water, we awaken the body — refreshing the nervous system and inviting new energy in. The sauna and cold plunge are set in the garden near the cabin and will be gently guided. Taking part is completely optional — you are encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
