Autumn Equinox: A Witchy Harvest Gathering Saturday 26th September | 10am–1pm Forgotten Forest Cabin | £33 per person As summer begins to fade and we step into the darker half of the year, join us in the cosy Forgotten Forest cabin for a magical morning celebrating the Autumn Equinox. The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of balance, when day and night are almost equal. Traditionally, this time of year is associated with harvest, gratitude and preparing for the season ahead — gathering what we want to keep and allowing what we no longer need to fall away. For this special gathering, we'll be embracing the slightly witchier side of autumn, filling the cabin with herbs, candles, seasonal nature, creativity and ritual. During our morning together, we'll: Create your own Witchy Autumn Tea Blend Explore a selection of herbs and botanicals and their traditional associations before creating your own personal loose-leaf tea blend to take home. Make a Mini Besom Create and decorate your own tiny witch's broom using natural and seasonal materials. Traditionally, the besom has been associated with cleansing and sweeping away the old — perfect symbolism as we enter a new season. Create a Bay Leaf Wish Bauble Write your wishes and intentions onto bay leaves and create a beautiful hanging autumn decoration filled with natural treasures to take home. Autumn Equinox Meditation & Reflection Slow down with a grounding seasonal meditation before reflecting on your own harvest — what has grown in your life, what you're grateful for and what you'd like to carry into the months ahead. Bay Leaf Burn & Release Ritual Just as the trees begin to release their leaves, we'll consider what we're ready to release too. Write something you would like to leave behind onto a bay leaf before safely offering it to the fire. Oracle Cards & Intention Setting Take some quiet time for reflection and receive a little guidance for the season ahead. Deep Sound Healing Get cosy under a blanket and finish our rituals with an immersive sound healing journey using crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments, allowing everything to settle before we return to the day. We'll finish our morning together with warming homemade soup, cake and herbal tea in the cabin. This is a relaxed, welcoming gathering. You don't need to know anything about the Autumn Equinox, herbs, rituals, sound healing or witchy practices. It's simply an opportunity to step away from everyday life for a few hours, get creative, connect with the changing season and enjoy a little autumn magic. All materials are provided, and you'll take your creations and tea blend home with you.
