We'll begin by gathering together with a heart-opening ceremonial cacao, creating space to slow down, connect and set meaningful intentions for the session ahead. You'll then be guided through a gentle meditation before enjoying a mindful craft activity inspired by the theme of the session, giving you something meaningful to create and take home. As you relax, you'll receive individual Reiki energy healing while being immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes. Throughout the session you'll also have the opportunity to work with oracle cards, offering guidance, inspiration and a moment for quiet reflection.
