To put everything else down for a couple of hours and allow yourself to simply rest and receive. Join me in the cosy, candlelit Forgotten Forest cabin for a deeply relaxing session combining ceremonial cacao, meditation, Reiki and Sound Healing. We'll begin by gathering with warm ceremonial cacao, taking some time to arrive, ground ourselves and set a gentle intention for the session. Then there is nothing else you need to do. You'll get comfortable under your blanket, close your eyes and settle into an extended Sound Healing with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments. During the session, I'll also offer Reiki alongside the Sound Healing, creating a beautiful combination of sound, energy work and deep rest. There is no pressure to meditate, concentrate or achieve anything. You might drift off to sleep, notice your thoughts becoming quieter, experience emotions or sensations, or simply enjoy being warm, comfortable and still. This is time away from the constant doing, thinking and looking after everyone else. A chance to slow down. To soften. To breathe. To rest. And simply receive.
