Rest, Reflect & Reconnect

As the nights draw in and the air carries the crisp breath of winter, this is your invitation to step away from the rush and demands of daily life and sink into a circle of warmth, connection, and care. Inside the candlelit cabin, where soft light flickers across rustic wooden walls and blankets wrap around you like a gentle embrace, you’ll find space to rest deeply, share openly, and honour the quiet wisdom of the season.

The Winter Warmer Women’s Circle is designed to nourish you on every level — body, heart, and spirit. It is an evening for slowing down, listening to your own rhythms, and remembering that even in the darker months, there is light, warmth, and magic to be found when women gather together.

Your Evening Journey

  • Grounding Meditation
We begin by gently arriving in the space with a grounding meditation. Through breath, presence, and guided imagery, you’ll release the weight of the outside world and settle into a state of calm. This practice opens the evening with intention, creating space for you to feel safe, supported, and centred.
  • Sharing Circle
Gathered in the warmth of the cabin, you’ll be invited to share reflections, thoughts, and intentions. This is a time to connect with the season, acknowledge your own inner landscape, and be witnessed by others in a nurturing, non-judgmental space. You may speak, or simply listen — either way, the circle holds and honours you just as you are.
  • Creative Seasonal Craft
With simple, natural materials, you’ll create a small seasonal item to take home — a physical reminder of your intentions and the circle you’ve shared. Each craft activity is chosen to anchor your energy in something tangible, weaving your reflections into a keepsake that continues to carry meaning long after the evening ends.
  • Sound Healing Journey
You’ll then be guided into a soothing sound bath with crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments. The vibrations ripple gently through your body, easing tension, calming the nervous system, and inviting a sense of deep rest. Many find this part of the evening to be profoundly restorative — a reset for mind, body, and soul.
  • Nourishment & Connection
The evening closes with simple, nourishing food — homemade soup, cake, and warm drinks. This final part of the circle is a chance to relax, share in conversation, and enjoy the comfort of community before you step back into the winter’s night.

Why Join a Winter Circle?

Winter is a season that invites us inward — to rest, reflect, and replenish. Yet so often, our days become busier than ever, leaving little space for stillness. This circle offers a gentle antidote: a few hours where you can slow down, tend to your inner world, and connect with others who value authenticity, kindness, and presence.

When women gather in circle, something ancient awakens. Stories are shared, wisdom is honoured, and each person is reminded that she is not alone. In the stillness of winter, this experience feels even more potent — a reminder of the strength, light, and resilience that can be found in community.

The Experience

This is not a workshop, class, or performance — it is a circle: a space where every woman is equal, every voice is welcome, and every heart is held. Come exactly as you are, with no need to prepare or perform. The evening is about you receiving: warmth, rest, inspiration, and the gentle reminder that winter, though dark, is full of quiet beauty and wisdom.

You will leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply nourished — carrying with you not only the memories of the evening but also the simple comfort of having been held in community.

Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate and personal.

Come as you are, leave feeling restored, replenished, and embraced by the magic of winter.
